New Partnership with LodgeNet
BlueMarvel has signed a content licensing agreement with LodgeNet Interactive Corporation. The agreement licenses up to 30 episodes of "Sunrise Earth" to health related facilities serviced by Lodgenet. This will be the first time that BlueMarvel has had its content distributed through the health care industry and opens a new avenue for its nature based experiential television programming.
LodgeNet is the leading provider of media connectivity solutions reaching more than 500 million travelers annually and servicing the leading healthcare facilities across the United States.

U.S. Presidential Race draws on BlueMarvel Sunrises
BlueMarvel was contracted by Obama for America to provide sunrise imagery for the introductory video to presidential candidate Barack Obama. The sunrises appear at the beginning of a video titled “Hope and Change.”
This video premiered in August with a crowd of 80,000 delegates and supporters at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado. It continues to appear at political rallies and on the candidate’s website www.barackobama.com/tv.

New Partnership Announced with Starwood Hotels & Resorts
BlueMarvel and Starwood Resorts and Hotels have agreed to a collaborative venture to bring BlueMarvel programming to the Westin brand resorts and hotels via an in-house dedicated high definition channel called the “BlueMarvel for Westin Channel”.
Initial roll out of the channel will start in August and can be viewed 24 hrs a day at US based HD enabled rooms within the Westin properties. The partnership also includes this exclusive BlueMarvel programming being viewed at certain designated United Airlines lounges and flights.

Premier Retail Network to Feature BlueMarvel HD Programming
Selected BlueMarvel HD video programming will appear on PRN (Premier Retail Network) which supplies video content to many of the US’s premier retailers. PRN has placed BlueMarvel videos in 3,150 Wal-Mart stores and 830 Best Buys. Six selected and exclusively produced video clips for PRN will be aired through in store monitors and will highlight BlueMarvel experiential HD video to consumers nationwide.
